Infringement Policy

Purpose

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and require that Thara Cart users do their part in showing the proper respect for those rights. This policy shall discuss the procedure to claim Copyrights and Trademarks ("IP"). This policy applies in relation to all services, products, or platforms of Thara Cart.

Definitions:

'Infringement' refers to the making use of intellectual property without authorization, this kind of is formed up against copyrights, trademarks, patents including trade secrets.

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR): IPR refers to rights given to people over the creation of their minds such as inventions, literary and artistic works, designs, symbols, names and images used in commerce.

1.Infringement Report: If you believe that your IPR has been infringed upon, please send an email to infringement@tharacart.com with the details.

b. An Identifying Description of the location where the infringing material is located on the SITE (please describe / copy and paste one or two paragraphs of text you believe have been drawn upon in an infringing way).

2.Investigation: Thara Cart will investigate any and all reports of infringement promptly.

Action: If infringement is found, Thara Cart may:

Have infringing content removed or disabled;

b. Ban the account

c. Pursue legal action

Repeat Offenders Thara Cart reserves the right to penalize or ban users who are found coming back again.
